Founder

Rashida Joy Allen is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores self-rediscovery, inner child healing, and generational transformation through visual art, meditation, and place-based experience.

After two decades working in global creative production and marketing, she returned to her artistic practice and developed The Art of the Journey™, a methodology that integrates intuitive art, mindfulness, and travel as pathways to personal exploration and restoration.

Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here—your questions, your hopes, your turning points—and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.
